This sake is limited to Gonoi Sake Shop in Aizu. It has a nice gassy feel to it. Delicious. And the hamo no seared and cucumber sanbaizu is also great.

The sake is made from rice produced in Kitakata, flat-polished in Tokyo, and made in Aizu.

Apple acid. Apple flavor 🍏. Sweet aroma is not so strong, so it goes well with dishes. With sardine tataki.

I asked NAGI if they had any sake from outside of Fukushima. I was told that the sake was made by a person who trained at Tenmei's Akebono Sake Brewery, and that is why they have it here. The sake is dark, which is probably typical of Shiga Prefecture.
