Sourness with a sense of solidity, as is typical of a sake made from a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast yeast yeast. It is easy to drink and has a realistic feel with the carbonation. The color is white, but there is no cloudy component and it is very refreshing.
I served it with sashimi and Pakuchi salad (fish sauce flavored).
