This is a sweet coffee. It smells like coffee. Tastes like coffee with a lot of syrup. It's sweet from the beginning to the middle. The aftertaste is more coffee bitterness than umami. The sake taste is completely sugar-driven. So, Kahlua is okay? 4.50

The highest quality sake ever, surpassing the previous day's Mimuro Cedar in a paulownia box, and the highest purity sake ever! Naturally gentle from start to finish, light and precise! I don't have the palate and vocabulary to taste such a high quality sake! Even so, the price is too good to be true! I think it's almost at cost, or if anything, below cost... 4.25

S wind forest new work on the day of the ban. What a fourth kind of S Kaze no Mori! The most Kaze no Mori-like so far, with a sweet flavor reminiscent of mellow bananas. The taste is juicy and tender, but the aftertaste is so clean that it feels more refreshing than Akitsuho 657, without any cloying taste at all! This is great for a low-polished rice! 4.50

Nose very mild but floral I would like to pair this with fine Japanese food. The sweetness is moderate and is intended for a mealtime sake, but the umami has a strong presence on its own and is sharp and crisp. The aftertaste is fleeting and beautiful. A sake that can be enjoyed in both hot and cold weather. 4.50

This is Mimuro Cedar which is not that expensive (sensory numbness). I was curious about it, but with the price..., I never thought I would have a chance to drink it. This is the juiciest Mimurosugi I've ever had. It has a cute sweet and sour taste like peaches and strawberries. Mellow, yet light on the palate. It's really a beautiful sake! 4.75

Kagoya Marche Komae, 5 glasses in 2 days from the special sake menu for the 1st anniversary. The aroma is gentle and typical of Junmai Daiginjo, but the mouthfeel is dense, precisely designed, sweet and delicious, and you can feel it in every mouthful! Gentle sweetness reminiscent of peaches and strawberries But with a fleeting aftertaste. Naturally, this is the most expensive sake I've ever had! I shudder when I see the list price, but it must be delicious! 4.50

It tastes like Nanaken! The mouthfeel is fresher than the others, and it has the feeling of natural water from the Southern Alps (minerally). From the mid-palate, there are umami and bitterness that are typical of Shichiken. There is sweetness, but it is pulled by the umami and bitterness, so it is a little hard to taste. The label on the back says "sourness", but there is a slight lime-like sourness, but not much of what is called sourness. 3.75

300 check-ins in no time It is quite heavy for a summer sake! The same heaviness was felt in the aftertaste of Yamabutsu, but this one is heavier on the palate! Well, it's just a bit of oriramami. After that, the rounded sweetness comes to the fore, and the finish is a bit lighter. Personally, I prefer the standard Junmai for Kezuraku. 4.25

Lemon-like acidity is prevalent, with sweetness but it seems to be drowned out. There is a certain amount of fizz, and it is almost like a tonic soda, or is it because I'm drunk? The hoppiness is from the middle to the end (especially on the back end), and is much less pronounced than in Hanafu. Seriously, it's like a juice. This is the same 13% as Shinsei and Koshinohomare Qn Namato... scary! 4.75

A light sweet wine that goes down smoothly and without any cloying flavors. Well-balanced sweetness and acidity, very refined. However, it is so light that if you are not careful, you may swallow it without feeling it. The back palate has a slight bitterness that is typical of Jikin, along with a pleasantly intense umami flavor. Delicious, but not impressive. Personally, I prefer the special junmai (special?). The next day, it is still light throughout, but juiciness has appeared. Balance is still the best! After another week, it has settled down but still has an impressive sweetness, and it has come out well. Rating revised upward. 5.00
