This year's Risshun morning pressing is Senkou.
The fresh acidity is pleasant, and it is like a springtime Sentori. The overall transparency of the wine is like usual Sentori, with moderate acidity and bitterness, and although the characteristics are weak, the overall balance is excellent.
It has a clear, sweet and tasty (weak) taste, which is not a problem during a meal.
It is delicious.
