sikamaruClearly sweet. Basically, I prefer sweet sake to dry sake, but when I buy sake myself, it tends to be too sweet, so the clear sweet sake that goes well with meals is no match for what is available at Japanese restaurants. If you balance what you buy and what professionals recommend among the many types of sake available, you will expand your world. sikamaruI couldn't get one sake, but I got the last one, a seasonal sake from Shibari Tsuru. It was mellow and crisp, with an aroma that was not too strong, and made me want to keep drinking it. sikamaruIt is getting cold, but cold sake is good. Sake with a refreshing taste and a very good overall balance. It tastes like fall. sikamaruThe second cup we recommend is a refreshing Nabeshima special junmai sake. It is made from 60% polished Yamadanishiki produced in Yoshikawa, a special A district in Hyogo Prefecture, and has a very nice combination of umami and sweetness. sikamaruThe first hiyaoroshi of the year. This is the first "Yokoyama" that was recommended to me and I drank it for the first time. It is very delicious. The aroma and sweetness spread the moment you drink it, and then it disappears with a refreshing aftertaste. It is my favorite type. sikamaruThe Kame-no-o I had before was delicious, and since then I have never missed out on Sentori. Mukunin tastes as innocent as its name suggests. Who doesn't like it? sikamaruSlightly slightly effervescent. An honor student who can enjoy both the taste of alcohol and food. sikamaruA refreshing drink that is as easy to drink as water. Beautiful taste. sikamaruIt has a liquidy texture, but the taste is crisp. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
