Isojiman is a sake that we consider to be the pinnacle of food sake. Although it is a honjozo, it has a taste of rice and a subtle ginjo aroma, and is dry with a hint of color. Whether this is dry or not depends on the individual.
It is not watery and does not smell like sake. This is the standard.
