The second glass of lunchtime sake at TSUZUYA in Kawagoe, The second glass of lunchtime sake at Suzunoya in Kawagoe was a heated Shinkame. The sake is usually left in the brewery for at least two years before shipping, so hiyaoroshi is a young sake in the Shinkame brewery's lineup. The sake is usually stored in the brewery for at least two years before shipping, so hiyaoroshi is a young sake from the Shinkame Brewery. This was also fun. I was tempted to offer to drink from one of Kazuhiko Ota's Edo sake cups, but I refrained from doing so since this was my first visit as a newcomer. I chose a vermilion-lacquered flat sake cup. The sake is carefully heated and served in a "Tanzawayama" heating flask. Good acidity, rice flavor and sharpness. Definitely a heated sake. As expected from Shinkame.

Good evening. I passed by here and it is a nice building. Mr. Ota also praised it, and it looks like a nice place. I want to go here when the new colo is destroyed. I'd like to go here when the new colo is destroyed...

Good morning, Shinsho 😊. The building is good and the nearby street has the feel of an old shopping street. There seemed to be a lot of heated sake as well, not only Kamikame but also maniacal ones.

Lunchtime sake in Kawagoe. Suzunoya" opened at 1400 and was featured in Kazuhiko Ota's program. We started with Sapporo Black Label draft beer, and cold sake was recommended. Kouei Kiku's Snow Crescent. Needless to say, delicious. Now that Yamada Sake Shoji has entered Ikebukuro Seibu, it has become easier to find it within my own area, but when it first became a topic of conversation, it was a sake that I was curious about because it was not easy to find. The interior of the restaurant is filled with soft and pleasant music and sounds from analog records through JBL speakers.
