The second glass of lunchtime sake at Suzunoya in Kawagoe was a heated Shinkame.
The sake is usually left in the brewery for at least two years before shipping, so hiyaoroshi is a young sake in the Shinkame brewery's lineup.
The sake is usually stored in the brewery for at least two years before shipping, so hiyaoroshi is a young sake from the Shinkame Brewery. This was also fun.
I was tempted to offer to drink from one of Kazuhiko Ota's Edo sake cups, but I refrained from doing so since this was my first visit as a newcomer.
I chose a vermilion-lacquered flat sake cup.
The sake is carefully heated and served in a "Tanzawayama" heating flask.
Good acidity, rice flavor and sharpness.
Definitely a heated sake. As expected from Shinkame.

Good evening.
I passed by here and it is a nice building.
Mr. Ota also praised it, and it looks like a nice place.
I want to go here when the new colo is destroyed.

Good morning, Shinsho 😊.
The building is good and the nearby street has the feel of an old shopping street.
There seemed to be a lot of heated sake as well, not only Kamikame but also maniacal ones.
