もよもよWe received a summer jun from Mimuro Sugi, which is known for its variety of summer sake. The label also looks summery and delicious.

So I opened the bottle. The aroma is, of course, lactic acid. It also has a cemedine-like aroma, which I like. There is no gaseous feeling.
The sweetness is moderate. The acidity is strong, but it is very refreshing.
In the second half, after the acidity changes to astringency, it is short and sharp. The aftertaste is astringent.

I felt selfish and awkward (lol), so I decided to open the bottle.
Just like when I opened the X before, the first day was pretty bland. The aroma was slight and unimpressive. The sweetness is a bit faint, and the sourness is strong, but not noticeable.
I'll give it three days, though, because last time it tasted dramatically better after a few days and I felt like getting down on my knees for Akita.
On the sixth day, after much time has passed, the sourness has become stronger and the graininess has become a bit more pronounced. Maybe I left it too long, but I didn't see any dramatic changes this time. hondaHi disry ☀️.
