We had fireworks with the kids today, so I opened a sparkler for the occasion.
The aroma is mild, or rather weak. There seems to be a nuance of lactic acid somewhere, but it doesn't seem to be there.
There is almost no sweetness, and the sourness and bitterness are dominant. It's a very dry sake, so I was a bit taken aback.
However, it gives an excellent impression when served with food. I'm eating it with Pan🍞 this late at night, but the sweetness of the bread can't help but be enhanced.
I'm looking forward to what I'll drink it with tomorrow.
