When I first drank it, I thought it had a fruity sweetness and a hint of sourness, but the aftertaste was bitter and refreshing. I was surprised at how different it tasted. I wonder if the first time I drank it, it was just the top layer. I prefer the first taste ... . LOL!

Aroma of alcohol (no tingling) with a gentle sweetness and aftertaste. It feels like an orthodox dry sake, but strangely enough, it seems less classic than the regular dry Junmai Yaichi. I wonder if it is because the flavor structure of Manjikoto~ is simpler.

Juicy sweetness with a hint of melon. The sweetness lingers for a long time, but there is also bitterness and a faint scent of alcohol in the aftertaste, and the wine has a good sharpness for its strength of body. It was a well balanced sake.

In the mouth, there is a tangy feeling of alcohol and the aroma of maturity. Sweetness and bitterness come later, and the aftertaste is long. The body is also rather heavy. The product information on the Internet says that it has a banana and lychee-like aroma, but I did not detect any ginjo aroma, so it may have been old and deteriorated...

It has a sweet, pineapple-like ginjo aroma, followed by a sourness that quickly disappears. The recommendation was to warm it over an open fire, but it was so good that I finished it cold. Next time, I would like to try it over an open fire.

It has a gentle sweetness and melon-like ginjo aroma, with a slightly delayed pineapple-like ginjo aroma, acidity, and a hint of maturity. The ginjo aroma is gorgeous, but it also has a matured aroma, making it a classic sake for a Yokoyama. Is it because it is hiyaoroshi?

It is only labeled as a special junmai sake, but the cool label makes me wonder if it is a summer sake. On the palate, one first senses a faint sweetness and ginjo aroma, with a faint tingling and bitterness in the aftertaste. It has a gentle flavor, and as the label on the back says, it is a sake that would go well with fish dishes.

Sweetness, acidity, rice flavor, and a sense of alcohol almost simultaneously, with a long lingering finish. Heavy body. Although it has a classic flavor, it is relatively easy to drink as it has low acidity for a Yamahai, and there is no matured aroma.

Good evening, Banbanbu-san! I didn't know Hisada Sake Shop had a sake called "Yui"! (◎_◎;) I had no idea 💦I'll stop by again soon when I go shopping and buy some more stuff.

Masa (☝︎ ՞ਊ՞)☝︎ Mr. Hisada often goes to buy shochu, but recently I try to buy sake as well. I have an image that Hisada-san has many classic flavored brands when it comes to sake.

I think the definition of "dry" is "not sweet" rather than "spicy," but many of them are spicy because the sweetness is neutralized by some flavor that exceeds the sweetness, whether it is sourness, bitterness, or alcohol stimulation. This brand is the most "non-sweet" sake I have ever tasted. The only other element that eliminates the sweetness is a hint of bitterness, and there is really very little sweetness. There is no alcohol stimulation at all, and it is so clear that it is hard to believe that you are drinking a 15 degree sake. It is hard to say whether it is my personal favorite or not, but it is a good reference for me because I can easily use it as a benchmark when recommending it to others. I would definitely like to try other sakes from the same brewery.

First Oita Prefecture sake. I went to a place that is not my usual liquor store. I went to a place that is not my usual sake shop and found it, so I bought it. There are three types of this brand. I chose this one, which is a nama-shu. I opened the bottle because it was dry and raw. Hmmm 🤔, not my favorite. Purchase price ¥1430(720ml)
