I went to a place that is not my usual sake shop and found it, so I bought it.
There are three types of this brand.
I chose this one, which is a nama-shu.
I opened the bottle because it was dry and raw.
Hmmm 🤔, not my favorite.

I had a hard time opening the bottle, and I wanted to drink it as soon as possible, but I couldn't drink it right away 🎉.

The store itself isn't huge but the owner is friendly and easy to talk to 🤗More than half of the liquors are not just information on insta or internet 💦️Please put more ‼️.

One of those bottles was Sogen 😆.
There was also a regular one but I found an active nigori so I didn't hesitate to get it w/o hesitation.
The aroma is probably because it's a honjozo, but the nigori aroma isn't really there 💦.
Because it's an active nigori, it's highly carbonated and lactic acidic, leaving a slight cemedine smell and bitterness 💦. kino.Good evening, Masa!
