ばんばんぶーI think the definition of "dry" is "not sweet" rather than "spicy," but many of them are spicy because the sweetness is neutralized by some flavor that exceeds the sweetness, whether it is sourness, bitterness, or alcohol stimulation.
This brand is the most "non-sweet" sake I have ever tasted.
The only other element that eliminates the sweetness is a hint of bitterness, and there is really very little sweetness.
There is no alcohol stimulation at all, and it is so clear that it is hard to believe that you are drinking a 15 degree sake.
It is hard to say whether it is my personal favorite or not, but it is a good reference for me because I can easily use it as a benchmark when recommending it to others.
I would definitely like to try other sakes from the same brewery. ばんばんぶーSweetness, rice flavor and aged aroma? Aged aroma? The sweetness and umami are long and lingering.

雅Today I went to a new liquor store that I've been curious about for a while 😆👍.

There was also a regular one but I found an active nigori so I didn't hesitate to get it w/o hesitation.
The aroma is probably because it's a honjozo, but the nigori aroma isn't really there 💦.
