Purchased at Ginjo-Shubou Aburinaga in Fushimi.
The "Traveling Sake" project is a stamp rally with sake from 47 prefectures in Japan.
The Kyoto sake is Eikun.
I bought Eikun in bottled form, but this one had a weaker aroma than the bottled version.
The sweetness remained fresh and clean, and it was easy to drink.
I also received a stamp rally sheet, so I decided not to collect stamps....

Surprisingly it was not crowded and we were able to see the temple slowly.
I recommend ⁉️, a hole in the wall I didn't expect.

ここ限定の古都千年 うすにごり生酒。変わってて美味しい。

油長というお店の限定品で20年物の古酒です。先日飲んだ剣菱より熟成期間長いですが色は剣菱より薄く綺麗な黄金色。香りは剣菱同様独特の香り。味も比較的似てる気がする。うーん、古酒って難しい…。
