The sweetness spreads in the mouth, followed by the aroma of muscat.
Since there have been many dry Tohoku wines recently, I personally feel that it is too sweet and I don't like it that much.
This was one of the bottles purchased at the "Traveling SAKE" event held at Hankyu.
It was my first purchase, as there are not many places that sell Kido in Osaka.
It is more enjoyable to savor it slowly with a light meal than as a food sake.
The price is very reasonable for a junmai daiginjo, and I appreciate it.
