These are souvenirs from Kappabashi, where I drifted off from the Ueno Kaku-uchi festival at the end of June last month.
It is my own imagination, but I had an image of a brand with "frugal and robust" taste. However, the shopkeeper recommended it as "easy to drink, like a white wine.
Heaven, Earth, and so on.
I fell under the spell of "conscious" (lol) 💦 and fell right into it 😆.

It was under the scorching sun but I was crazy so
I joined the festival❗️
I was tongue-tied in an hour 😇
to sober up.
I walked to Kappabashi and arrived there.
Many unique assortment of small sake breweries.
A kind, friendly, and warm lady 😍.
I had to try the recommended Gunma Izumi "Hatsu Shibori" (first pressing).
I took home a 300ml bottle to try.
It's so delicious.

The black cat label is adorable! And the cat part is velour and very comfortable to the touch🐾
When you open the glass, the aroma is of fresh apples (like a royal forest!)
The mouthfeel is smooth, and the faint carbon dioxide gas tightens the sweet and savory flavors with a pleasant bitterness.
There is a good balance between the roundness of Natsukoshi and the slightly aged aroma and flavor.
It is a little cold today. We will enjoy it with hot pot dishes.

Purchase at Kappabashi Sake Sanwa
It's very fresh and crisp, with a sour taste, but with enough sweetness of the rice.
As the temperature rises, it's even milder. It has a softness to it that you can easily inhale. It's a pretty good sake!
