I love shinkame sakè and this is not an exception.
This is from 2014, a Koshu with fresh and very enjoyable lightness

This nigori is decise, strong, i have ordered this at ambient temperature, but probably it is better hot.
Also there is much particles, il like to eating some okayu for me

This a very delicate and well balanced flavor, even it is a little origarami the flavor is not spiky, instead is very soft.

Very delicate Kosyu, you can feel that is aged but the fragrance comes slowly and deeply
I like this Koshu with sashimi or delicate fish in general

Wow a pure jyunmai daighinjyo, very very clean with it's personality.
Even at ambient temperature it preserve the clearness.

The scent is fruity, but the flavor round and clean, very balced, very delicate but with personality.

First time I taste gouriki rice, and master suggested me to have it hot.
WOW, aged, very soft and I can still fell the presence of rice, love it!

Dry Koshu, it has a clean but good presence of aging, but from the label it's not soo old.

I always liked this sakè, it has a very good balance of rice flavor and deepness, but this, 6 years old is wanderful!
Also 2014 It's the year where I met my other half, so it has a special meaning for me!
