I wanted to try a bottle with a sake rating of +10 or higher, so I bought it at Kissho Select in Sagamiono. Personally, I think the +15 sake level is good enough for me to drink it, even though it's 15 degrees. The specs are
Rice used: Akita, Gin-san from Yuzawa City
