Sweet from the aroma 🥰.
The sweetness is not strong but well balanced with the acidity.
The aftertaste continues with sweetness and bitterness.
Best in this store 😁.
Sake is cheap but food is expensive.
I only ordered two snacks, so I don't know what they tasted like😅.

It has an assertive acidity characteristic of Niimasa, but overall it is a beautiful sake 😄.

It is not even registered in Sake-no-wa.
