Fresh. Nice acidity, easy to drink. Not too sweet, but you can feel it through the aftertaste.
I had some tsukudani (food boiled down in soy sauce) with locusts. I don't know where they got the locusts from, but it's just delicious.
By the way, as a Shinshu person, I don't eat insects on a daily basis unless I dare to order insect dishes. ぎゃばん☆☆☆☆☆
Slightly cloying taste? I guess so.

Alcoholic 20 degrees. It's definitely alcoholic, but it's tasty and delicious.
