Light nigori.
It seems to be an alternative to Shinshu Kamerei? I think it has a slightly sour taste.
I thought the alternative to Shinshu Kamerei was Kawanakajima Genmai, but I guess there are a lot of alternatives out there.
Well, I live in Shinshu, so I can drink various kinds of sake regardless of the trend 😃.
Have you ever had Shinshu Kamerei by Yamae Nishiki?
It has a sweet, fresh, fruity taste typical of Kamerei.
Well, it's definitely delicious.
Is this the first nigori I've had before dawn?
It has a nice acidity followed by a sweetness that is typical of nigori. The aftertaste disappears rather quickly, but it's delicious. This is different from the usual pre-dawn nigori, but it's delicious.
The third case. 6 glasses.
Freshly squeezed raw sake from Shiboritetsu. It is fresh. It's delicious.
I don't know anymore, but it's delicious.
Light acidity.
I thought it would be refreshing because it's a Saku sake, but it's a Banno. Light modern sake. It's just plain tasty.
Don't tell anyone that I wanted something a little drier.
A delicious sweet type of food. It is.
Sake is refreshing! This is a delicious sake, yet it has some kind of sweetness to it.
Apple-based fresh. Delicious.
It's a little acidic and piquant for a moment, but the basic sweetness is strong. Strong but well balanced with fresh acidity. Delicious.
A rather refreshingly sweet and tasty. A little gassy? Seasonally delicious in hot weather.
This is the kind of summer sake that's good for me. It's refreshing, but also has a sweetness that is typical of Hachisen, and is easy to drink and tastes great on a tired stomach after two nights of drinking.
Sake that is clear and dry. Is it nigori? It has a good flavor. I didn't feel any fizz, but it's a delicious sake.
Fresh. Nice acidity, easy to drink. Not too sweet, but you can feel it through the aftertaste.
I had some tsukudani (food boiled down in soy sauce) with locusts. I don't know where they got the locusts from, but it's just delicious.
By the way, as a Shinshu person, I don't eat insects on a daily basis unless I dare to order insect dishes.
Slightly cloying taste? I guess so.
But it has a nice umami taste. In terms of junmai (pure rice), it's not so bad.
Alcoholic 20 degrees. It's definitely alcoholic, but it's tasty and delicious.
As the label says, it is best served chilled and on the rocks.
It has a freshness to it, and it's kind of spicy. Delicious.
I've had 3 drinks at the first house, but it's a ladder drink.
I think it's a little matured in the back, but is it a sweet sake?
Have I ever had Machida Brewery's before?
It's delicious.
Clean and refreshing. There is a bit of bitterness. It is there, but you can't feel it.
It's not too light and has a hint of sweetness, which I like.
The aroma is a little alcoholic.
Sweet, yet fresh and beautiful.
Delicious with a little fresh acidity
Kamerei, which seems to be somewhat hard to find. Well, it's delicious, isn't it?
