I bought this sake at an antenna store in Fukuoka that was holding an Akita sake fair.
It is a little bit rare.
At room temperature.
Not much aroma.
It is made with soft water, so it is not that heavy, but the umami of the rice is very strong. The impression is that it goes down the throat easily without any sticking point.
It has a good sharpness and a long aftertaste.
Suitable for intermediate-level sake drinkers.
