Hagi no Dew Light, light ✨I thought it was a bit spicy ‼️ but when you drink it, it's fruity but not too fruity. It is a sake that does not interfere with food👍 I had it with muro-agi sashimi which was given to me by the head of the local government. It's great with the sashimi of muro-agi which was given to me by the head of the local community association.

It was very tasty and slurpable. It is my kind of sake. It is easy to drink, which is hard to believe that it is a "neat and dry" sake! It did not feel dry to me. I could feel the umami or sweet taste of the rice. Sake is deep!
