Gohyakumangoku is a clear white wine-like sake,
Yamadanishiki is sweet and delicious.
Pickles and Chikuzen-ni were served as snacks.

We were advised to open it in a bowl (so we can drink it even if it blows out) because the carbonation may blow out.
