We had the chance to taste four different kinds.
There was one made from Koshihikari rice that had been heated, one made from raw rice that had been stored for a year, one made from regular rice, and one made from nigori sake.
I was particularly impressed with the Koshihikari raw sake. I really liked the aroma, and it was delicious.
The nigorizake was quite smooth and easy to drink.

The last time I drank it was Daiginjo and this time it was Ginjo. I knew it was good! You can trust the Naeba Shuzo ...... I felt the aftertaste was more sake like than the Daiginjo. It's also good on the rocks, so I tried it with ice. I didn't feel it got much thinner, but it might have become easier to drink. We had it with dorayaki. It was delicious!
