I feel like the sweetness and richness of the raw sake and the spiciness of the regular sake come separately. What is this? If it was this year's sake, I wonder if my impression would have been different. It seemed to have a bit of color? (I don't know exactly because it was in a clear glass.) I didn't know you could drink Ottersai in Niigata: ......! I've always wanted to drink it, so I'm glad I got the chance. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's good. The aroma through the nose is stronger and stronger when chilled than at room temperature. ...... I think I like it better chilled. I'm sure you'll love it.

We had the chance to taste four different kinds. There was one made from Koshihikari rice that had been heated, one made from raw rice that had been stored for a year, one made from regular rice, and one made from nigori sake. I was particularly impressed with the Koshihikari raw sake. I really liked the aroma, and it was delicious. The nigorizake was quite smooth and easy to drink. Thank you very much.

The last time I drank it was Daiginjo and this time it was Ginjo. I knew it was good! You can trust the Naeba Shuzo ...... I felt the aftertaste was more sake like than the Daiginjo. I'm not sure if this is a good idea, but it's a good idea. The foaming is also very nice and fun for the tongue. I like it very much. I'd like to buy it again at some point. ......! I was attracted by the fact that it was a limited edition. It looks really good. It has a very sweet taste, and it's stimulating like it's fizzing. It smells like amazake (sweet sake), which women seem to like. I can't drink a lot of it, but I like it. It's also good on the rocks, so I tried it with ice. I didn't feel it got much thinner, but it might have become easier to drink. We had it with dorayaki. It was delicious! Since it's nama-shu, I'm looking forward to drinking it after a few days to enjoy the differences.

A mixture of five different kinds of sake. It was served chilled. Aroma is very good. I felt it was sweet. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the aroma swelling up in your nose. If you ask me if I want to drink it all, I don't think so, but I don't hate it.
