I feel like the sweetness and richness of the raw sake and the spiciness of the regular sake come separately. What is this? If it was this year's sake, I wonder if my impression would have been different. It seemed to have a bit of color? (I don't know exactly because it was in a clear glass.) Maybe I'll drink it tomorrow with a jenome boar cup.
