We had the chance to taste four different kinds.
There was one made from Koshihikari rice that had been heated, one made from raw rice that had been stored for a year, one made from regular rice, and one made from nigori sake.
I was particularly impressed with the Koshihikari raw sake. I really liked the aroma, and it was delicious.
The nigorizake was quite smooth and easy to drink.
