This is a limited edition sake that is only available once a year. A local liquor store in my neighborhood was accepting reservations, so I made a reservation and bought it.
It has a fresh and gorgeous aroma typical of new sake, a smooth texture on the tongue, and a pleasant drinking experience with the freshness of freshly pressed sake.
So I drank it with high expectations.â
It was light but not spicy, with a refreshing sweetness. It was so easy to drink--and so tasty!
