HYPER NOVA Polar Supernova
We drank this sake with a meal, as it is said to be a food sake with an excellent balance of aroma and flavor.
It, too, had a robust flavor typical of Eiko-Fuji, but was not too sweet and had a crisp finish.
It was easy to drink and delicious!
