I drank some sake that I received as a gift.
Unlike the thick sweet sake I usually drink, it was quite dry and tasted like sake! It tasted like sake.
It was not sweet and easy to drink, even though it was labeled as having a Sake Degree of -10 to -8.
I was reminded once again that sake degree and perceived sweetness are not equal (simply, negative sake degree does not mean sweet).
