Ura-Gasanryu Houka Honjozo, unfiltered, raw The word "mellow" fits this highly aromatic sake. The moment you take a sip, as the name suggests, it is as if a fragrant flower blooms in your mouth. It reminded me of drinking Gazanryu and Ura-Gazanryu in the past.

It was recommended to me at a liquor store in Yamagata City when I asked the owner about my preference. It has both a moderate acidity and a mellow flavor. Personally, I like the mellowness of the flavor after letting it sit for a while, rather than right after opening the mouth. I enjoy the changes of nama sake.
