東洋美人…It was recommended to me at a liquor store in Yamagata City when I asked the owner about my preference.
It has both a moderate acidity and a mellow flavor.
Personally, I like the mellowness of the flavor after letting it sit for a while, rather than right after opening the mouth.
I enjoy the changes of nama sake.
