Yamori's summer sake.
I had it at a sushi restaurant and enjoyed it so much I ordered it!
I still have some Yamamoto left that I opened, but I couldn't resist and opened it lol.
It's very tasty, with a slight sparkle, refreshing in the mouth, and smooth and easy to drink.
Personally, I find it as easy to drink as Niimasa NO6.
This sake made me realize that expensive sake is not always the best.
I personally remember that I wonder if it is safe to drink it every day even though I am a weak drinker 😅 lol.
(I can only drink about 100ml).
A friend of mine wanted to drink Sogapère Effice.
I found it and drank it.
It is smooth and easy to drink.
It is made by a wine maker(?). So I thought the smoothness of the wine was like wine.
However, the alcohol is not too strong, and it is sake.
It was tasty, but I liked the final taste of Niimasa better.
At a yakitori restaurant I visited last week.
This is the third kind of Shinsei.
It wasn't No.6, but I got excited when I found Shinsei on the list!
It tasted a little sour (not as sour as Hinotori), but like No. 6, it was smooth and easy to drink.
I like sour drinks, so it was quite tasty.
I asked a local distributor if they had anything similar to Nilgame, but they said Nilgame is difficult to find.
I guess that's how unique this sake is.
I would like to drink it again if I can find it.
At a sushi restaurant I visited the other day.
Shinmasa and Hinotori were served as sake to go with the monkfish liver.
I hadn't had shinsei in a while, and it lifted my spirits!
It tasted like no other sake I have ever had before, with a sourness that is addictive and delicious.
As recommended, it was an excellent sake that counteracted the smell of the ankimo and made it even tastier (^_^)
Shinsei, which I drank at an expensive yakitori restaurant last year.
I've never been a fan of sake, both in constitution and taste.
I was shocked at how easy it was to drink the Jyushiyo that was served as an aperitif that day, so I decided I wanted to try more and ordered the Shinmasa.
I was captivated by its delicious taste and the elegant way the alcohol revolves around it, and it was the first sake that made me start drinking sake.
I haven't been able to drink it since then, but I hope one day I will be able to find it!
The Shinsei was shockingly good, so I asked a local distributor to select something similar to Shinsei for me.
I was told it was close to fruity and refreshing.
I was told that it was close to fruity and refreshing, but right after opening the bottle, the alcohol lingering afterward was a bit harsh and different from my impression.
Two days after opening the bottle.
When I drank it again, somehow the remaining alcohol disappeared and it became very easy to drink!
I wonder if this is the change 🤔.
It is very deep.
