Shinsei, which I drank at an expensive yakitori restaurant last year.
I've never been a fan of sake, both in constitution and taste.
I was shocked at how easy it was to drink the Jyushiyo that was served as an aperitif that day, so I decided I wanted to try more and ordered the Shinmasa.
I was captivated by its delicious taste and the elegant way the alcohol revolves around it, and it was the first sake that made me start drinking sake.
I haven't been able to drink it since then, but I hope one day I will be able to find it!
