While there is some lees in the bottom of the bottle, the bubbles are quite strong.
So I was not sure if I should mix it at first.
While the gas is strong, it is refreshing and light.
However, after the gas is released, you can feel the alcohol strongly and it is very peculiar.

On the other hand, there is a little gas and acidity.
