I have to say it clearly because it's my favorite Abepin.
Something is different this year! It's too dry....
I know how good abepine really is, so I'm like, 'You could do better! I feel like, 'You could do more!
High this year's Dewa Sanzan🐓🌊🗻 after winning COMMENDED in the SAKE category at the International Wine Challenge 2023 last year.
As you can see, it has a tangy and spicy melt-in-your-mouth flavor, but the aroma and aftertaste are still Haneya's signature fruity 🌱.
No matter what kind of 🍚 or yeast is used, the unwavering sake brewing that remains unmistakably Haneya is amazing 👏.
Maison Chaudan and Haneya collaboration chocolates received for Valentine's Day.
It seems to be a dream collaboration with Maison Chaudun, a chocolate specialty store in Paris, France!
It is made with Haneya Junmai Ginjo Omachi.

Ibushigin" is exactly what this sake is called.

The only thing that surprised me was the alcohol content, which was 12 degrees, and it was said to be a sweet sake targeting women and sake beginners... but there was no aroma or flavor, and even though it was low alcohol, the alcohol feeling was strong and watery in a bad way⤵️.
Sake is really interesting✨.
There are also some disappointments with the sake, which is why it's so exciting when you find a sake you like🖤.
That's why I️️ can't stop!
Not a fruity sweetness, but a heavy sweetness from the rice that is there the moment you drink it, but it's sharp, so it's not stubborn❗️
Heavy, yet easy to drink✨.
I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not, but I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not 🍎
It's not a sweet sake, but it's a dry sake with a high acidity of 2.8, which leaves a tangy aftertaste on the tongue🎵.
