We managed to get a bottle of Kachikoma Junmai Namaishu from a distributor in Toyama Prefecture.
It is not easy to obtain even outside of Toyama Prefecture, and being a junmai sake, it is quite rare.
Ibushigin" is exactly what this sake is called.
When you drink it by itself, you may think, "Hmmm? Not enough? However, when paired with food and snacks, it is a strange sake that brings out the best of the taste many times over.
It may be the ultimate food sake for the connoisseur....
