I went to the museum today. It was a restaurant that I entered when I became a refugee for dinner, but it looked good with a lot of local sake.
The sake is soft and easy to drink.
No pictures today, but we are drinking again. The last one...!
Shirokikyu, I want to try something else, so let's find it~~~!
It's interesting that it's made from edible rice!
No pictures because it doesn't look any different, but check in for the record.
I could drink this every day and it would still taste great! I think the taste has mellowed over the days.
Today I will have it with hokke and kiriboshi-daikon (dried radish) 🙏.
I fell in love with it at first sight when I drank it at a bar in Kyoto and have been looking for it for a long time.
I love its rich aroma and soft mouthfeel.
Aroma is a bit smoky. Quite dark, like an old sake.
To use a strange metaphor, it tastes like the juice of pickles made from Fukujinzuke.
It is best served on the rocks with Chinese dishes or other strong-flavored foods.
