Dry, clean and light-bodied is how they describe it. I’d add crisp, herbal, floral, a touch of sweetness with some alcohol heat that lingers through the finish. It gets better (sweetens up, smooths out and is more balanced) as it rests/warms up. 3.5+

Floral, fruity and cereal on the nose. Floral, herbal, earthy and dry with a touch of umami, some sweetness and quite a bit of alcohol burn. Light body up front with a full bodied, super dry finish. Crisp and clean but not balanced. It’s interesting, 3.5 or so. It’ gets better as it rests. I like it more the closer I get to the bottom of the glass 😁

Great nose featuring gummy bears honey dew and pineapple. Bright fruits up front, fresh honeydew, cantaloupe, lychee, cherries and white grape. A little heat, full bodied, well balanced with a great dry finish. 4.0

Sweet, balanced with body but lacking complexity. Dry, bitter finish, just lacking flavor profiles. Kinda meh

A dry, medicinal finish…..is that chloraseptic? Medium bodied, pretty balanced. I will be coming back to this one.

It’s dry, sweeter than expected. Heavy on honeydew with mango and a little citrus. It’s floral and herbal with lots of umami. Full bodied and balanced with very little alcohol heat. 3.90
