Junmai sake 😄 I drank it cold, but it was clear, crisp, and the aroma of ginjo-shu was subdued 😄. Tomorrow I'm going to Saijo Sake Brewery Street 😚 looking forward to it! If you have any walking recommendations, please let me know 😆.

Sake as a souvenir☺ I've been asking for sake as a souvenir lately lol. The aroma was mild and the drink was fruity! It was not so much fruity as mild 😇 I thought Daiginjo was like Otters, so the first sip was like, "Hmmm? I thought it was a bit strange, but I never get tired of drinking mild daiginjo 😚.

The Okuden Yamahai from Snow Kayasha was quite good, so I drank this one today☺. I know other people commented on how sweet and tasty it was, and I certainly thought so 😄. Okuden Yamahai is sweet but refreshing, this one is not so much refreshing but more umami lingering 🤔. Delicious 🤩. Makes me want to eat shishamo lol😆😆

I bought this sake as a souvenir. This is my first time to drink sake from Kyushu. The aroma is fruity and has a nice smell. The taste is not too fruity! It was the kind of sake that makes you understand what it means to be clear. I drank it with pizza today, but I heard it goes well with fish. I wanted to drink it with caprese.

I bought this when I visited Kompirazan and toured the old sake brewery😊. Kagawa is all about olives! Its olive yeast. According to the person I'm drinking it with, it tastes fruity and full. The person I was drinking it with said that it has a fruity and full flavor and it goes well with okonomiyaki. I think so too. I think so too lol😆. It was more refreshing and tasty when chilled 😚.

I bought it at a liquor store in Iwate when I was on a trip to Tohoku! I bought some at a liquor store in Iwate 😆. I couldn't get a chance to drink it, but today I finally got to drink it 😂. I've been longing for this 😍! It has a slightly sweet flavor and is easy to drink! It's not too sweet and you can drink as many glasses as you want. I served it with tomatoes from Okuda Tomato Farm (these tomatoes are also the best). Four bottles gone in an instant 😭 I want to try other kinds of this sake! This sake made me want to go back to Iwate again 😉.

I bought it at the airport when I went on a trip to Sendai and drank it at home (^^). I drank it at home with some pickled firefly squid I bought in Kinosaki, remembering how much fun I had on my trip to Tohoku. Somehow, I prefer to drink junmai sake at room temperature (*^^*), it is refreshing and easy to drink! It is absolutely delicious even slightly warmed up! I'll try it later.

I happened to find it online and popped it in 😊. I was looking for the best drink to go with "Baby Star Ramen Chicken Flavor." I wanted to find the best sake that goes well with "Baby Star Ramen Chicken Flavor After many tastings at both companies Mie rice "Mie no Emi" is used as the raw material. MK5" was carefully selected from among Mie Prefecture yeast. Brewed especially for Baby Star Ramen This is an "ALL Mie" sake brewed especially for Baby Star Ramen. Please enjoy the best marriage. I am still a beginner of Japanese sake, is this what you call "marriage" 🤔. I can only chew with my right tooth after cavity treatment, but I still keep putting baby star in my mouth one after another, so I guess it goes well together 🤗. I thought this drink is more for drinking with my boyfriend or girlfriends while eating baby star than enjoying it alone 😚.

Sake brewed with wild yeast from the cherry blossoms of Himeji Castle, a World Heritage Site, in collaboration with the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Himeji Dokkyo University and Ryuryoku. It seems 😃. Recommendation: To enjoy the original taste of sake, drink it at room temperature. If you want to drink it like white wine, please chill it well. The bottle is pink and cute. Drinking it while looking at the bottle reminded me of the beautiful cherry blossoms that were in full bloom not long ago. Next year, I will drink it while watching the cherry blossoms of Himeji Castle!

I traveled to Miyagi. Wataya (black) from Miyagi Prefecture is highly regarded as a food sake, and the closer it gets to room temperature, the softer and more delicious it becomes. I thought it was sweet when I put it in my mouth, but after swallowing it, I felt it was refreshing and went well with my meal. There are many delicious foods in Miyagi Prefecture.

Today is my day off from work, so I decided to have sukiyaki at noon. I asked the restaurant staff what kind of sake goes well with sukiyaki, and they recommended this one. The restaurant recommended this sake. Sake from Okuharima is generally not light, but has a strong flavor. Among them, this sake was recommended to go with sukiyaki because its flavor would not be overpowered by it. It has a slightly yellowish color. It was indeed delicious together with sukiyaki. It is delicious cold or warmed up to human body temperature. I got the impression that the acidity becomes stronger when it is warmed up. I found that I prefer it without acidity. I would like to drink various kinds of wine again.

I asked the store owner for a recommendation. I told him I did not like too sweet and wanted to drink it while eating, and he introduced me to this one. A little tangy, is this the gassy feeling? I am still learning to describe the taste, so I don't know (;_;) It is delicious and not too sweet.

Sake from Yuichi's brewery in Ako, Hyogo Prefecture. I'm a local, but.., I started to be interested in sake 3 years ago. I came to a local sake brewery but withdrew because I didn't understand what they were selling (they recommended this sake but it was too expensive to buy). (This sake was recommended to me, but it was too expensive for me to buy.
