I asked the restaurant staff what kind of sake goes well with sukiyaki, and they recommended this one. The restaurant recommended this sake.
Sake from Okuharima is generally not light, but has a strong flavor. Among them, this sake was recommended to go with sukiyaki because its flavor would not be overpowered by it.
It has a slightly yellowish color. It was indeed delicious together with sukiyaki.
It is delicious cold or warmed up to human body temperature. I got the impression that the acidity becomes stronger when it is warmed up. I found that I prefer it without acidity.
I would like to drink various kinds of wine again.
