Inspired by a recent Izakaya Shinkansen program, I'm drinking it today on the Shinkansen to Hakata, a Junmai Daiginjo sake from Urakasumi. It has a clean rice flavor, good sharpness, and the ginjo aroma is subdued, so it goes with everything. ❗️
It's 180 mm L, but it wasn't enough: ❗️
