Shikoku is from a warehouse in Kanonji, Kagawa Prefecture. It is marinated with roasted iriko (dried sardines). One sip and you can taste the flavor of iriko. Real dried sardines are included as an extra. It can be used as a snack or added to sake. I put it in and drank it. I like fin sake as well, but a long time ago, I got a cup of "Kajika-shu" as a gift from Niigata and it was so delicious that I have been searching and searching for X years. I have been searching for a long time for the "Kajika" sake, but it seems that the only way to get it is at the local roadside station, as the finished pickled fish is not available by mail order. I found this iriko-shu at my local Kinokuniya, but I think the sake was too light for me. The search for Kajika sake continues.

This is the last bottle of sake I purchased in autumn in Sugadaira. This is a brewery in Suwa that has a story about a brewery that had gone out of business and was rebuilt by a big fan. It is a pure dry junmai sake without any decoration. You can enjoy the sweetness of the rice. I think I might like it. It was 1,320 yen for a four-pack. What a deal!

If you want to use the next bottle, it is better to use the next one. So, this is the wine barrel storage that I got at the end of the year. I always buy oak barrel storage when I find it. I feel like I shouldn't drink it thinking it's sake. It's a German wine, Auslese? Spätlese? Filipino rice wine, Tapoi? It has a mild sweet and sour taste with a hint of wine. I'd like to drink it in the middle of the night with some dried grapes on the side. I bought it at Tsukiya Sake Shop in Kyodo, which sells only natural sake.

I drank it in Sugadaira and brought it back as a souvenir because it was so delicious. I like it a lot better than the regular Toyooka Junmaishu. No bitterness in the aftertaste. It has a gentle sweetness and a slight sourness. Next year, I want to buy three bottles to take home!

This is an unforgettable sake that I received at the Tropic of Cancer, a sake paradise pension (I named it) known to those in the know in Sugadaira. I bought it at Miyajima-san, a local sake shop near Sanadakan, https://mssakaya.com/. It has a sweet taste with a hint of bitterness in the aftertaste. You can't help but go on drinking a little bit, a little bit, a little bit. It went well with oden. I was going to open it at New Year's, but I couldn't finish the previous bottle;

The taste is sweet and you can feel the bitterness in your throat. Is it more bitter than last year's? I don't know. I drank it after Niidashi Zensyu, so it feels quite light. It's a different kind from the Hatsu-Shibori I drank before. Both are not bad though. It cost 2,200 yen per bottle at a local liquor store. It goes well with everyday meals.

Fruity and sweet with a hint of fizz. Refreshing mouthfeel was the taste of freshly made. @Outdoor lodge Tropic of nature(Sugadaira) A lodge with delicious home-grown vegetables. The counter was a sight to behold, with not only Nagano's local sake, but also rare and unusual shochu purchased by walking around the country. Japanese

Thank you for your comment ^_^. Toyohka's regular junmai-shu is very good too, but this one tasted happy too! I hope you will try it.
