SARIす
Shikoku is from a warehouse in Kanonji, Kagawa Prefecture. It is marinated with roasted iriko (dried sardines). One sip and you can taste the flavor of iriko. Real dried sardines are included as an extra. It can be used as a snack or added to sake. I put it in and drank it.
I like fin sake as well, but a long time ago, I got a cup of "Kajika-shu" as a gift from Niigata and it was so delicious that I have been searching and searching for X years. I have been searching for a long time for the "Kajika" sake, but it seems that the only way to get it is at the local roadside station, as the finished pickled fish is not available by mail order. I found this iriko-shu at my local Kinokuniya, but I think the sake was too light for me.
The search for Kajika sake continues.
