The bottle was opened with an uncharacteristic sake sound.
As the name "SNOW CRESCENT" suggests, this sake has lees dancing like powdered snow.
It has a tangy taste and was served with tuna nigiri.
Following the sake from Hyogo on New Year's Day, this time it was from Nara, Tsuyoshi's hometown.
It has been a little while since I bought it, but it is very mild and easy to drink.
For Koichi's birthday, we chose a sake made with rice from Hyogo Prefecture!
It was more effervescent than expected and easy to drink, a bottle that went well with Osechi.
