Tsurusho Junmai Daiginjo Araubashiri Nama Sake
This is the first time I have had Tsurusho.
The label states that it is 100% Dewa Sanzu, slightly dry and slightly light.
So it is nigori.
When the bottle is opened, it is automatically stirred. The bubbles are amazing.
It has a hint of sweetness, but it is refreshing and very easy to drink as a food sake.
It was a treat!
Tsurusho (Kakuho) from Takahata-machi, Yamagata Prefecture, this is a limited edition product from Yonezuru Shuzo.
It has a beautiful daiginjo-like flavor, accented by the acidity characteristic of yamahai and a slightly smoky peculiarity, making it quite an interesting taste. It is a unique type of sake that is not too refreshing for this season, and I like it a lot.

Slightly cloudy. It has a clean mouthfeel, with no unpleasant or cloying taste. I didn't know such a Junmai Daiginjo existed.
Although it is a Yamahai, it is easy to drink even when chilled to about 5°C. It is suitable as a food sake.

I like this 🤗.
