This is my first time to try Bodhi yeast. But when I saw it at a sake store
I realized its dignity and umashiki.
The sweetness of the rice and the sourness from the low gas content make it easy to drink.
Unfortunately, I couldn't tell the difference between Bodai yeast and Namo yeast 😖 Sake is very deep!

I found it in a store I passed by in the summer and bought it.

Today is the New Sensation from the Kangiku Discovery Series, of which I was able to purchase only 2 bottles out of the 4 available.

Eiko Fuji Penguins Cream. I found an unfamiliar brand of Eiko Fuji in passing and bought it.
It is clean and beautiful, but also has a good volume. Less gassy than I expected.
But it has Eikoufuji's character.
I have been drinking fruity, low-alcoholic sake recently, so this is the first time in a while that I have tasted such a voluminous and tasty sake. I think it is suitable as a food sake 😋.
