I imagined it to be dry dry, but it is easy to drink with sweetness.
Perfect with seared salmon.
It seems to go well with fatty yellowtail, sea urchin, and hamachi sashimi.
Slightly foamy, dry, crisp, slightly alcoholic.
A little sweetness in the second glass. Delicious!
