Local sake in Sakai. At the hotel dinner in Agora Sakai. My wife's grandmother gave this to me at her birthday party. Slightly sweet taste. It was a cold sake, but it left a soft aroma in the mouth.
Sakai used to be the second most famous brewery after Nada and Fushimi until a long time ago. I later found out that Sakai's main industry was sake brewing until the Taisho era. There are only a few reviews in the app, but I thought it could be more famous as a brand from Sakai, Osaka.
