Back home to Gunma
I visited a roadside station where I stopped to buy local vegetables.
According to an Internet search, the brewery mainly makes sake using the traditional sake yeast. Our expectations were high.
My wife's choice, Junmai Ginjo (Junmai Ginjyo)
The color is clear.
The aroma of the sake is calm and has a ginjo aroma.
The first sip has a sourness characteristic of the sake's "nama yeast" origin, followed by sweetness and umami, and the sake is crisp and clear.
