Went to Gunma to visit my wife's parents' grave.
At a nearby supermarket, I searched for a sake from a Gunma sake brewery and bought it!
The aroma is fresh like a young peach, the first sip has a dry acidity, followed by a refreshing sweetness, and a crisp dry ginjo-shu.
Would go well with pizza margarita with lots of cheese!
