Sake (2) that I wanted to drink while I was in Nara! I often saw it at the nearest izakaya. I wanted to drink it while I was in Nara! That's the reason 😂. When I first sipped it, I thought it was sweet, But later on, there was a gap between the sweetness and the tingling on my tongue. It was interesting! It tasted crisp like sudachi (Japanese citrus fruit), but with the sweetness and umami of rice! It was a sake with the sweetness and umami of rice! It was delicious 🥰.

While I was living in Nara I really wanted to drink sake 1)! My dermatologist recommended three of Nara's local sake He recommended three of Nara's local sake, They were Kaze no Mori, Kamiin, and Kushira! I was able to try Kaze no Mori the other day, I was told by the sake shop owner that Kaze no Mori is rarely sold outside of Nara. I bought a bottle of Kushira as a souvenir because I was told by the liquor store that it is not available outside of the prefecture. I couldn't drink Kushira, and I was about to give up on it when I came across it sometime ...... I was about to give up on it. I'm glad I was able to drink it at the last minute ☺️ The izakaya in the nearest station where I lived I was so excited to see all the pubs in the nearest station where I lived I was so excited to see it 🤣. It tastes light and dry. The waiter told me that the flavor would come out after a while. The waitress said the flavor would come out after a while. so I drank it slowly over time 😌. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, unpasteurized sake (Ruri) Sweet with strawberry-like fruity aroma. But the aftertaste is clean and easy to drink! Same as above (clear) It has sweetness, but it is a little drier and fresher than Luri. Luli is dessert-like. Clear is good as a food wine. Ditto (black) While Luri and Clear are made with Celebration rice, Kuro is made with Yamadanishiki. Compared to the two above, it is mellower and smoother. It has a fruity aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the richness of the rice. Limited Edition Nanayo Polishing 70 There is not much aroma, and it tingles on the tongue. (I drank it in Umeda, Osaka 😂) Personally, I thought it had a fruity aroma, a little bit like muscat! I felt the fruity aroma! I had a cold cream taiyaki (custard & whipped). I have been eagerly pairing alcoholic beverages with various things lately. I guess it's because I've been pairing sake with a lot of things lately, My father said to me, "Why don't you try pairing it with sake? He said, "No, it doesn't go with sake. I tasted this at the Kyoto Isetan event, It is a Junmai Junmai Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake Ruri to Kirea. Both were refreshing and would be delicious in the coming season. The visual of the bottle is also beautiful... 🫶. The Clear, as the name suggests, is a form that soaks up the flavor and I personally like it very much. It seems to be easy to pair with meals. Luli, on the other hand, is also refreshing, but I could detect a fruity aroma. I liked the taste of both, but if I had to say which one was stronger, I would say that I preferred the clear one. I bought the Luli this time because I thought it might be the one with a flavor that I don't have much of in the liquor I have at home now 💙. Yesterday, Mr. Usagi Goten 🐰 told me that the same sake goes well with the seasonal flavors of steamed scallion with sake, mitsuba leaves and sakura shrimps, As an amateur who has just learned to drink sake, I was very happy, As an amateur who has just learned how to drink sake, I was very happy and tried it immediately. The sweetness of the rice spreads in the mouth, followed by a crisp and refreshing taste that spreads from the throat to the tip of the tongue. This is my favorite sake among those I tasted at the Harushika brewery. When I gave it to a friend the other day, she was also pleased with the taste, so perhaps it is a taste that is relatively popular among all people. The brother who gave it to me told me that it would go well with most dumpling buns that have a soft sweetness, so I immediately tried it with salted soy bean daifuku (a type of rice cake with a sweet bean paste). The slight sweetness is in sync with the slightly salty taste of the salted bean daifuku, which is a good balance. I felt it was a better match than the Mitarashi dango I tried the other day. It goes well with sake. Personally, I like to pair it with sweet sake, but seafood on the high street is also delicious. ...... I ran out of sake in my cup at three times the pace of Daifuku lol. The saltiness of the chirimenjako (dried young sardines) and the unique flavor of the seafood of course went well together, but the tangy freshness of the sansho (Japanese pepper) combined with the clean aftertaste gave it a more refreshing feeling.
