Spring Deer 🤍 today.
Yesterday, I had the same sake with Usagi-Goden-san 🐰.
Yesterday, Mr. Usagi Goten 🐰 told me that the same sake goes well with the seasonal flavors of steamed scallion with sake, mitsuba leaves and sakura shrimps,
As an amateur who has just learned to drink sake, I was very happy,
As an amateur who has just learned how to drink sake, I was very happy and tried it immediately.
I added yurine to the kakiage.
It was a little savory and light, but it was still fried,
It is still a deep fried dish. A sip of sake afterwards washed away the oily taste, and this was the best way to drink 💮.
It's hard to put into words, but I think the lightness of the kakiage, the freshness of the sake, and the fresh flavor of the mitsuba go well together... 🥰.
The asari steamed with sake has a gentle flavor that makes you want to chew it and drink it slowly rather than just to keep the sake going.
The bitterness of the scallion complements the sweetness of the sake, such is the combination 🫶.
Other than that, sashimi goes without saying... like ☺️
Personally, I also quite like white rice.
Perhaps it is because it is the same rice after all, but I like the spread of sweetness when it is drunk with sake, and the sweetness I feel when I eat rice after drinking it... 🤤.
Also, the potato chip Norishio flavor I picked up after my meal was pretty good 🤭.
Today is the end of this early summer limited draft sake 🥺.
It was delicious 😭Thank you very much!
